Getting back into it and angry playlist

I have had a week off PT and exercise as I have had a pretty nasty virus. I usually power through but this one just wiped me out. I was literally sleeping about 14 or more hours a day. Today was my first day back and I was so excited. I must admit, it was a bit more intense then usual, and I think my trainer went a bit easier on me but I feel SO MUCH better being back at training. I have been busting out a new “angry” workout playlist too. I used to listen to dance only when I worked out, but now I am in favor of more intense music to push me harder with my weight training.
