Well day 3 of my juice and soup detox is done and I'm feeling great! I decided to make a big jug of juice and it was a good idea! I was able to have fresh juice all morning :) I used blue berries, oranges, apples, spinach, pineapple, cucumber and carrots.
I am on a mission to get fit. A mission to be a better version of me.
I hope by sharing my journey, I might just inspire others to make the decision to change their fitness.
